Her Vanity Warranty

Her Vanity, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinets, door hinges and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship typical and service within residential use. The original purchaser may transfer our warranty once by contacting Her Vanity directly and notifying our staff of the transfer. Both parties will receive a confirmation of the transfer.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse or improper storage or handling. It does not cover any alteration, modification, improper installation or environmental conditions.

Her Vanity may elect to repair or replace warrantied products with a functionally equivalent product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may be different than those originally supplied.

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental, or consequential damages (such as labor expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or parts), whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort or otherwise.

This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the natural characteristics or variation in wood. Just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. The variation in color and grain pattern in wood enhances it natural beauty and is not to be considered an imperfection.

Certain conditions, including but no limited to the following, are not covered under our warranty:

Parts not bowed/warped in excess of ¼”.

Product not placed in a temperature-controlled environment for proper amount of time in order for the wood to acclimate to its new environment.

Parts installed 12 months prior.

Parts appearing bowed due to improper installation.

Warping of less than ¼” is not considered a defect. The purchaser agrees to let doors hang for 6 months prior to requesting replacements. Typically a door will return to its normal position once it’s acclimated to temperature and humidity conditions.
